In general, there are many minors who work in production in the factories of China. The production partners with which Nintendo conducts on-site inspections adhere to all laws and do not employ children, but it is not unusual for them to employ minors. Nintendo has found that these production partners in some cases lack sufficient awareness of and systems for safeguarding minors.
